This hotel does not offer a special rate for groups, so please book early to guarantee yourself a room, there aren’t very many hotels in the area. I recommend using your preferred booking website (Expedia, Booking, etc) for a better price than directly through the hotel. Current prices for the meet weekend are ~$90/night.

This is a dog-friendly hotel with a fee of $25/night.
Free breakfast is included. Hotel has heated pool.

Meet registration will be held at the hotel Saturday morning in pool area. Exact time to come later, but I expect around 8AM-9AM. For those new to a WFA winter meet, I recommend you come during this time as this is when hunting groups will be forming and we don’t want to leave anyone behind. If you’re not able to make it at this time, I’ll leave my cell phone number at the front desk and can connect you with a group.

Saturday Schedule:
8AM - 9AM - Meet registration and hunting groups formed
9AM - 5:30PM - Group hunting
5:30PM - Cocktail Hour at The Round Table
6:30PM - Dinner
7:30PM - Guest Speaker - Greg Septon
8:45PM - Raffle
11:00PM - Conclusion of banquet
